Torrents - 2010 June 10 TH

Once again, Alex Jones is doing an "overdrive" segment at the end of his normally four-hour long show. My rough guess is that you can look for the torrent containing the whole thing about two hours later than the usual AJ show upload.

Today's overdrive ran a little over 50 minutes, significantly shorter than yesterday's.

In the overdrive segment, Alex carries Lindsey Williams over from the 4th hour and takes some calls.

The Jones Show is finally uploaded, approximately two hours after the end of OverDrive. Not anything to boast about, but it's done. And this time the overdrive segment file is of normal 64K bitrate quality.

Made it, and with minutes to spare before midnight SebaygoTime.

Torrage.com is still down, which is disconcerting because even a half-day of downtime is so unlike their uptime statistics history. There's not a lot of information readily available about who runs the site, etc. [probably for fairly obvious reasons]. Until I know more about the fate of torrage.com there is a potential alternative that I'm going to be looking at: torrage.ws. The server for torrage.ws seems to be in the Czech Republic, whereas torrage.com showed up as Sweden... for whatever that's worth. If anyone has any fresh news about either site, please leave a comment.
