The Alex Jones Show -- 2011 Jun 01 WE
Alex talks about the latest on the TSA controversy and developments in the Texas legislature in response to a bill introduced recently that would criminalize the serial groping of TSA agents. Alex also confronts the latest news on the economy as the Federal Reserve prepares to launch a third round of quantitative easing and print more inflationary money as the economy continues its downward trajectory with record unemployment numbers and falling commodities.
Alex also talks with Dr. Corey Gold -- former dentist, talk show host, and business entrepreneur.
Today's broadcast went approximately 20 minutes into a 4th hour overDrive.
During the Corey Gold "interview" much of the time was spent promoting various individual products sold at Alex's online nutrition supplement store and I have removed a fair amount of that from my main edit. If you are interested in hearing that, it is available in the all-in-one-mp3 file to which I'll have a link posted here shortly.

What Really Happened with Michael Rivero -- 2011 Jun 01 WE
Today is the day Mike's show is set to debut on the Rense network. The following heads up the first page on What.Really.Happened.com:
ANNOUNCEMENT! STARTING ON TODAY, JUNE 1ST, THE WHAT REALLY HAPPENED RADIO SHOW WILL START BROADCASTING THROUGH THE RENSE RADIO NETWORK MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 4PM-6PM PDT, (7PM-9PM EDT), IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE PAUL DROCKTON SHOW! CALL-IN NUMBER IS 877 342-6673. FOR OUR EUROPEAN LISTENERS WHO FIND THE HOUR TOO LATE, THE SHOWS CAN BE HEARD AT RENSE RADIO ARCHIVES, OR ON JUSTIN TV.
I know Mike's show is not scheduled to start for a little over an hour and a half yet, but I have been trying some things at RenseRadio.com so that I could be prepared to record the stream, or at least download an archived podcast file. Unfortunately, though I have tried with various apps, I have not been able to either "listen live" or play an archived file OR download an archived file. I know that a subscription is necessary to access any of The Jeff Rense Show material, but the web site seems to indicate that audio files for the other two shows (besides Mike's) on the "network" should be available to the public. But so far, no luck. I welcome tips, hints, suggestions, etc.
I've never tried to work with audio streamed from Justin.tv, but that may be my only option today.
6:15 p.m. CDT update
Mike is on the air at Justin.tv. On live at about 6:05. Mike's audio level is too low, but callers so far are almost impossible to hear. I still cannot get any of the "listen live" links at Rense to work -- have tried Foobar, Windows Media, and VLC. I am recording the stream, but there are lots of hiccups [don't know if it's my net connection or something on the other end].
8:30 p.m. CDT update
I think I have as much of the show as was broadcast recorded, but I have to start editing now to find out what is usable. It will take a while because it is all one file right now. Please read the attached comments to get a fuller picture of what when on during today's show.
11:00p.m. CDR update
I have finished editing today's Rivero show and running it through MP3Gain to normalize the levels, but the end result was not something I was proud of. Then I saw that Hippie had already uploaded links and posted a link to the superfast zapoper's edit. I doubt very seriously that either of those are any worse than what I produced, so I'll just suggest that users pick one of those.
Hopefully tomorrow conditions will be better. I am curious about a couple of things, though. The only stream I was able to access was the one from Justin.tv. I tried all of the "listen live" links at Rense, using three different players and NONE of them worked. Was anyone else able to succeed with a stream directly from Rense, and if so using what software??

Rivero was a good show today, full of technical difficulties on almost every level, not just justin.tv, the 2nd hour was cut off at the source by his wife! (but not justin.tv) His audio was fine for me the whole time, (until he blew my ear drums out mid way hr 2 when audio got turned up) I thought I was recording it, but I last second literally downloaded a prog, and obviously didnt set it up right in the rush and as it started... go figure! Hope you can run it through a normalizer and get it somewhat more balanced! He was really on fire, guess he was storing it up all week or so!
oh and forgot to drop this off: http://www.renseradioarchives.com/
I have been trying renseradioarchives.com but none of the links in the left column work for me and the Rivero show is not listed in the right column.
I think I recorded the whole show, but was away from the computer some time during, so only editing will show how much I really got. The edit will take a while because it is all in one big file right now.
I will normalize the gain on whatever I have and get it uploaded. If it seems too crappy, I will grab the edit by sdscary at Demonoid tomorrow unless you have a way of getting a good version sooner.
oh sorry, I was watching the justin.tv chat and people were using it successfully, its not working for me either :/
And Im looking for it if someone else gets it up in a few of my circles, time will tell
