From the Alex Jones Infowars Insider weekly email comes a video titled, "Build Your Freedom Muscles." The email contained three links for downloading the video -- .wmv, .mp4 and .flv formats. I chose the .mp4 file and was surprised that it was an 850 MB download. The video was Alex at a desk talking into a camera. The biggest surprise was that the total run time was 5:21. 850 megs for 5 minutes 21 seconds.

for future referance, the .flv is compressed where .mp4 isnt as much.. the .flv file was only 75mb and as long as its 480 the quality is going to be good. you would only download the .mp4 if you were going to watch it on a DVD.
