A quick welcome to the two new members of the blog "followers" group. I've never tried to communicate with this group, in part because it's a Google creation, and in part because who has the time? I do appreciate seeing new little faces showing up over there in the right column, and I regard taking the time to sign up for that as a tangible indication of interest in the content here. Anyway, thanks to all of you who have signed on, and apologies for not giving you more acknowledgement.
