The gunman who killed two innocent victims after opening fire at an Oregon shopping mall on Tuesday has appeared `numb' in the lead up to the shocking attack that left two dead.
22-year-old Jacob Tyler Roberts was hoping to move to Hawaii until plans fell through just days ago, his ex-girlfriend has revealed.
Hannah Patricia Sansburn, 20, said on Wednesday that Roberts was usually happy-go-lucky and enjoyed joking around but just one week ago his behavior abruptly changed.

Syrian government forces have fired Scud missiles at rebels in recent days, according to a US official, a move which escalates the two-year-old conflict.
Syria is being invaded by a hired mercenary army posing as a popular uprising, armed by the United States. Assad has an inherent right to defend his nation from such an invasion by whatever means he needs. While the US media uses the name "SCUD" to invoke images of Saddam Hussein, NATO reports the actual missiles are short range unguided rockets, whereas the real SCUD is a long range missile with an inertial guidance system.

On the same day the US government announced that al Qaeda in Iraq's Al Nusrah Front was a terrorist organization, Al Nusrah and nine other jihadist groups banded together in the Syrian province of Deir al Zour and formed a Mujahideen Shura Council.
The 10 jihadist groups, headed by the Al Nusrah Front, released a statement yesterday announcing the council's formation "on jihadist forums and pro-Syrian resistance social networking sites," according to the SITE Intelligence Group, which obtained and translated the message.

As part of the US' charade in declaring support and recognition of the so-called "Syrian" opposition, it added one of the more extreme groups that make up the militant front operating inside Syria to a list of sanctioned terrorist organizations. The idea was to have a scapegoat to pin atrocities on while the West armed, funded, and provided military support for the rest of the extremist groups ravaging Syria.
The ploy quickly fell apart however, when the US' own handpicked opposition leader, Moaz al-Khatib spoke out in protest...
Israeli Minister Vents Anger at Europe

Israel's blunt-talking foreign minister, Avigdor Lieberman, gave vent on Wednesday to the government's anger over recent diplomatic gains by the Palestinians paired with international rebukes for Israel, comparing Israel's situation to that of Czechoslovakia in 1938 before the Nazi invasion.
Maybe the world would be better off just standing back and letting Israel clean up their own mess this time, instead of pouring blood and gold into the problem, only to have a very ungrateful, spoiled, and demanding nation rise out of it, demanding perpetual tribute and obedience. The more nuclear-armed Israel throws their tantrums, the more it looks like a huge mistake to have gotten involved in WW2 at all!
