Alex covers the mid-term election and its results including the win of Rand Paul in Kentucky and the ascension of the Tea Party. Alex talks with Mancow Muller [2nd half of hour 1], host of Mancow's Morning Madhouse, a nationally syndicated talk radio show.
In the 2nd half of hour 3, a caller asked Alex if he was going to have "Dr. Horowitz" on again. Alex tersely said "No," and ended the call without comment. This sparked my curiosity. I knew that a Dr. Leonard Horowitz had been a frequent guest on his show in the past. Just a little searching turned up this article: "Alex Jones Tied to Homeland Security & Silver Sol Sponsors Advancing Consumer Fraud," written by Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz. Read it for yourself and make your own judgment.

I am trying to record from the stream today's Mike Rivero show, hopefully I will have access this afternoon long enough to do that. Peter Schiff's show, I am not so sure about. I may have to work with their podcast file once again. I do have yesterday's broadcasts ready to upload, but not in the usual form.

I read the Dr. Horowitz stuff and it sounds a lot like sour grapes to me. It's quite a leap from getting dissed to "controlled". I'm a little wary of single-agenda folks.

very interesting how len horowittz is on the attack now that he feels slighted about ad revenue over oxysilver. He presented no proof in that article linking AJ to homeland security, just words. I will reserve judgement here. Something has been niggling at me for a while concerning AJ, but with no proof of anything shady I will give him the benefit of the doubt. At the very least he is great at waking people up. And should be commended for that.

I have not yet made time to read the Horowitz article in its entirety, but my first impression was that the charges made by the doctor mostly arose from something of a business conflict. The main reason I looked into it initially and posted the link was to shed some light on why Alex was so dismissive of the prospect of having Horowitz (a frequent guest in the past) on his show again, and why he so obviously did not want to discuss it on the air.
It is definitely something about which readers should reach their own conclusions.

This is one more nail in the coffin of AJ for me. On its own one might shrug it off, but it accumulates on top of Bill Cooper comments (from 2001), Jack Blood's comments on his show (March this year I think), web site by the woman who introduced Jeff Rense and AJ, the recent departure of Mike Rivero (I still don't know what's behind that).
I still download and occasionally listen (mainly for the guests), but all this leaves me wondering: if AJ is bad, who else on his show and with CGN is also bad?
yeah bit strange from horowitz, he has gone a bit messianic and other proclomations that he is a messanger, backing it up with biblical quotes. havent read the article though.
