As of this posting, about two and a half hours after today's broadcast ended, there is no podcast file available from Republic Broadcasting for the 2nd hour. This looks like it is strictly a simple error at the network. There's no mention on Mike's web site of any problems during hour 2, and nothing is said during hour 3 to indicate that any technical issues had been encountered.
My plan is to redo this (and upload a torrent) when an audio file for hour 2 becomes available.
