Not much of the nasty stuff gets to me, but that link about Rumsfeld and pictures of torture makes me really sad about and for the US (not that other countries are completely innocent of such stuff). It's hard to take seeing Americans happy and applauding in Congress and on TV shows, when you know that this stuff is going on, and worse, that these people are getting away with it. Most Americans don't know about it, and for those that do, what can they do? Send the link to everyone? Call your Congressman/Senator? We all know how much good either of those options will be. The bad guys win because they know how to break the rules, and know that most of us will obey them.
