Catherine wrote Dillon, Read & Co. Inc. and the Aristocracy of Stock Profits, an e-book of sorts, in 2006. It is a wonderful work that I am still in the process of reading. It can be found in many places on the web, but its proper home is here: www.dunwalke.com. It deserves far better treatment than it can receive during a PBS fundraiser, but hopefully this will serve as an introduction sufficient to prompt listeners to seek it out and read it in its entirety.
