I was initially a little suspicious of this "leaked" document's validity because of it's frequent use of the name PSYOP, which was changed to MISO [Military Information Support Operations] in 2010. I did a little research, though, and discovered that the change did not occur until later in the year than this document's February 2010 publication date.
