Pay with cash... become a terror suspect. After that is it just a matter of time? Or is it just a matter of whether your door is kicked in by Northcom troops or by Janet Napolitano's goons? Or is it just a matter of which black site prison you go to for the rest of your miserable life? Maybe somewhere "old school" like Romania or Azerbaijan. Or perhaps somewhere more exotic, such as Djibouti or Qatar or Morroco.
